Yes, you can do normal source-NAT. During installation the install script pulls the required package/images to the master node. During the installation of 3 node, you will have to add the ssh keys of the other two nodes, so that master node will be able to do ssh for the installation. All the containers between nodes talk to each other through weave overlay network.
